Job Summary

Million Phase Industry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and technically skilled AOCP Operator to handle chemical plant operations, monitor process parameters, operate production equipment, and ensure safe and efficient manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor chemical plant equipment as per SOPs.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, level, and other process parameters.
- Handle pumps, valves, pipelines, reactors, and material transfer systems.
- Monitor production activities through DCS and field operations, as applicable.
- Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and process changeover.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Identify process abnormalities and report equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain shift logs, production reports, and operational records.
- Coordinate with Shift In-charge, CRO, Maintenance, and QC teams.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling guidelines.
- Maintain plant housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions.

Required Qualifications

- ITI – AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant).




- Diploma in Chemical Engineering candidates may also be considered.
- Relevant technical training in chemical plant operations is preferred.

Experience

- Freshers to 2 years of experience.
- Experience in Chemical / Fertilizer / Process Manufacturing Industry will be an advantage.
- Apprenticeship experience in a chemical plant is preferred.

Required Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of chemical plant operations.
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, pipelines, and process equipment.
- Understanding of process parameters and production procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting and equipment monitoring.
- Knowledge of industrial safety, PPE, and SOPs.

Working Hours

Rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, as per plant requirements.
