- Scooping & Serving: Scoop ice cream, make sundaes/shakes, and serve customers politely with a smile.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Take orders at the counter, generate bills using the POS system, and accept cash or online payments accurately.
- Stock & Inventory: Check daily ice cream tub levels, track ingredients, and update stock logs to prevent running out of items.
- Cleaning & Hygiene: Keep the ice cream counter, tables, scooping utensils, and store premises clean, sanitized, and presentable.
- Store Management Support: Help the store manager open/close the shop, manage shift schedules, and take charge when the manager is away.
- Friendly customer service attitude and good communication.
- Basic math skills for quick and accurate billing.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
