Bluestream Infrastructure Development Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (BIDCPL) is an engineering consultancy firm specializing in water supply, wastewater treatment, and infrastructure development projects. The company works with public sector entities, international funding institutions, and commercial clients to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions.

The company provides consultancy services across project planning, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, engineering design, and project management consultancy (PMC).

2. Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to identify and track relevant tender opportunities for the company's infrastructure consultancy services.

The candidate will be responsible for regularly searching various government and private-sector tender portals, identifying relevant tenders, monitoring upcoming opportunities, and maintaining an updated database of tender notices and deadlines.

The role will primarily focus on tender searching and opportunity identification.

4. Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Regularly search and identify relevant government and private-sector tenders related to water supply, wastewater, sewerage, STPs, WTPs, irrigation, drainage,



and other infrastructure consultancy projects.

· Monitor various government e-procurement portals, municipal corporation websites, government department websites, and other tender platforms.

· Identify opportunities related to DPR preparation, feasibility studies, engineering consultancy, project management consultancy (PMC), and other consultancy assignments.

· Track Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other relevant tender announcements.

· Review tender notices and preliminary details to identify opportunities relevant to the company's services.

· Monitor newly published tenders, corrigenda, deadline extensions, and updates on identified opportunities.

· Maintain and regularly update a tender database with details such as tender name, issuing authority, project location, estimated value (where available), eligibility criteria, publication date, and submission deadline.

· Share relevant tender notices and links with the concerned internal team on a timely basis.

· Ensure regular monitoring of tender portals so that important opportunities and submission deadlines are not missed.





· Prepare and share daily or weekly reports on newly identified tenders and upcoming opportunities.

5. Educational Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

· Candidates with a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering will be preferred.

6. Experience and Technical Skills

· Minimum 2 years of experience in tender searching, tender tracking, or tender opportunity identification.

· Hands-on experience in searching tenders through government e-procurement portals and other online tender platforms.

· Knowledge of government tender portals such as CPPP, GeM, state e-procurement portals, and relevant departmental websites will be an advantage.

· Basic understanding of infrastructure, water supply, wastewater, and engineering consultancy projects will be preferred.

· Good internet research, data management, and MS Excel skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple tender opportunities and deadlines.

7. Key Deliverables

· Regular identification of relevant tender opportunities.

· Updated tender database and opportunity tracker.

· Timely sharing of new tender notices and corrigenda.

· Tracking of upcoming tender deadlines and updates.

· Daily/weekly tender search reports.

Salary

Salary as per industry norms and no bar for deserving candidates.
