Sales Manager – Home Loan / LAP

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers with experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage Loans to join our housing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through DSA, connectors, builders and direct sourcing.
- Handle Home Loan, LAP, and Mortgage Loan products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets and ensure quality sourcing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.

Requirements





- 4–5 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans.
- Candidates with 6 months or more relevant experience may also apply.
- Experience in housing finance companies, banks or NBFCs is preferred.
- Good knowledge of loan sourcing, DSA handling, and customer acquisition.
- Robust communication, relationship management and sales skills.
