Job Description: Data Entry & Sales Coordinator

- Enter and maintain customer, sales, and vehicle-related data in Excel and company systems. calls to customer.
- Prepare sales reports, daily updates, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and enquiries.
- Maintain records of customer details, quotations, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle placement and shipment updates.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and data entry.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain records accurately.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
