Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, and stock documentation within the manufacturing or export industry. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, ERP systems, and basic written English.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for incoming materials and job work.
- Maintain accurate inward, outward, dispatch, and delivery challan records.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved material indents.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and store documentation.
- Issue daily material slips according to production requirements.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and other relevant departments.
- Prepare stock statements, material consumption reports, and inventory summaries.
- Monitor material movement and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update inventory transactions in ERP software and Excel.
- Support regular stock verification and reconciliation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in store management or inventory control.




- Relevant experience in the manufacturing or export industry is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience using ERP software for inventory and store operations.
- Basic written English skills for maintaining records and documentation.
- Knowledge of GRN, purchase orders, stock registers, material inward/outward, and delivery challans.
- Good record-keeping, coordination, and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000, depending on relevant experience and interview assessment.
