Head Of Supply Chain

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head Of Supply Chain to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, factory management, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.

The ideal candidate should have strong team leadership experience, operational expertise, and the ability to streamline processes, optimise costs, and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, planning, and execution.
- Procurement & Purchase: Manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Factory Management: Supervise factory operations, production planning, and raw material availability.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee warehousing, inventory control, stock movement, and reconciliation.
- Logistics & Distribution: Manage transportation, dispatch, deliveries, and logistics cost optimisation.
- Team Leadership:



Lead and manage teams across procurement, factory, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- Cost & Process Optimisation: Improve operational efficiency, minimise wastage, and control supply chain costs.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, monitor operational performance, and ensure timely execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 7–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management.
- Must have hands-on experience in team handling, logistics, warehousing, procurement, purchasing, and factory management.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and cost-control skills.
- Experience in inventory planning, production coordination, and distribution.
- Ability to independently manage multiple operational functions.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
