Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, driven, and ownership-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end non-tech hiring across multiple business functions at Goboult.

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech and business roles across various functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and talent expectations.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring hiring quality and timely closures.




- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and the offer-to-joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, ATS/HRMS, and hiring MIS.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end non-tech hiring across multiple business functions.
- Prior experience in startups, D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with recruitment trackers, ATS/HRMS, and hiring MIS.
