Key responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, issue and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, hardware, packaging, consumables, work-in-progress and finished goods.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans and invoices; report shortages, excess quantities or damage promptly.
- Issue materials to production against authorised requisitions and record all movements.
- Keep the store organised, clearly labelled and easy to navigate.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, slow-moving items, excess stock and reorder requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences with system records.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and handled appropriately to prevent damage, loss or deterioration.
- Maintain inward and outward registers, bin cards, stock reports and supporting documents.
- Update inventory records using Excel and the company’s ERP or inventory system.
- Coordinate with the Purchase team on expected deliveries and with Production on upcoming material requirements.
- Follow up on pending receipts, returns, rejected materials and supplier replacements.
- Supervise store staff and ensure that standard procedures are followed.




- Support internal stock audits and provide records when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe store area in line with factory requirements.

Requirements

- Previous experience in store, warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or furniture factory.
- Good working knowledge of inventory control, stock registers and material inward/outward processes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and inventory or ERP software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and follow up on pending tasks.
- Honest, dependable and responsible in handling company materials and records.
- Able to work in office at our Greater Noida factory.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience handling wood, hardware, fittings, packaging materials or finished furniture.
- Experience conducting stock audits and investigating inventory differences.
- Familiarity with purchase orders, delivery challans, material requisitions and goods receipt processes.
- Experience supervising a small store or warehouse team.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
