Job Title: Senior Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Senior Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products and services, generate leads, and convert potential customers into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming calls.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer details and daily call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle customer objections and meet targets.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
