Job Overview

B2B Campus is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Truck Dispatch Trainer to train students in US truck dispatching and prepare them for real-world logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain dispatching concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical and theoretical training in US truck dispatching.
- Teach load booking, broker communication, rate negotiation, and carrier coordination.
- Provide hands-on training on load boards such as DAT and Truck stop.
- Explain dispatch operations, route planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Conduct mock calls and practical assignments to improve students’ confidence.




- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Keep training material updated with current industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a US Truck Dispatcher or Truck Dispatch Trainer is required.
- Strong knowledge of load booking, broker handling, and rate negotiation.
- Familiarity with DAT, Truck stop, and other dispatching tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and guide students effectively.

Candidate Preference

Candidates based in Bathinda or those willing to relocate/commute are preferred.
