Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and technology-driven Digital Skills Trainer who can train school students aged 6–18 years in various digital tools, creative technologies, and digital marketing concepts.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in digital design, content creation, video editing, and digital marketing, along with the ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for students across different age groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging, practical, and interactive digital skills training sessions for students aged 6–18 years.
- Teach students to use creative and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Train students in video editing, graphic designing, visual storytelling, and digital content creation.
- Introduce students to SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, and other relevant digital concepts.
- Develop students' creativity, digital literacy, problem-solving abilities, and responsible use of technology.
- Design age-appropriate lesson plans, practical assignments, projects, and learning activities.
- Encourage students to create their own digital projects, presentations, posters, videos, and social media content.




- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging digital tools, creative technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience in digital skills training, graphic design, video editing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant Adobe applications.
- Hands-on experience in video editing and digital content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach and engage students across different age groups (6–18 years).
- Strong classroom management, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with school students.
