Experience Criteria
- U1: Freshers to less than 24 months of experience.
- U2: More than 24 months of experience.
Significant: Voice process experience will receive 100% consideration, while non-voice, backend, and other process experience will receive 50% weightage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international customer queries professionally.
- Assist customers with account-related enquiries and policy information.
- Provide accurate solutions using cloud-based tools.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
- Ability to handle international customer interactions.
Salary Structure
0–6 Months Experience:
Salary Slab 1: ₹3.25 LPA
Salary Slab 2: ₹4.25 LPA
7–11 Months Experience:
Salary Slab 1: ₹4 LPA
Salary Slab 2: ₹5 LPA
12 Months+ Experience:
Salary Slab 1: ₹5 LPA
Salary Slab 2: ₹6 LPA
