Job Description – GRE (Guest Relations Executive)

Location: Sector 38A, Noida
Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests visiting the amusement park.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
- Assist guests with ticketing, rides, park facilities, and general information.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest issues.
- Maintain professional communication and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Support daily guest service operations.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations,



Customer Service, Hospitality, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced amusement park setting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
