Job Title: Client Relations Executive

Role Overview

Gold Spot is looking for a Client Relations Executive to interact with customers, address gold loan queries, resolve loan closure and transaction-related issues, and report updates to senior management. The role requires clear communication, consistent follow-up, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and complaints.

- Assist customers with gold loan enquiries, repayment queries, outstanding dues, loan closure, and gold release coordination.

- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant lending partners to resolve documentation, payment, and closure-related issues.

- Follow up on pending cases and keep customers informed about progress and next steps.

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior management promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.





- Submit regular reports to management on pending cases, resolved issues, and customer feedback.

- Handle customer information and financial documents confidentially and follow company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally.

- Robust problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of gold loan processes and documentation preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and customer record management.

- Previous experience in customer relations, banking, NBFCs, gold loans, or financial services preferred.

- Fluency in Telugu and working knowledge of English; Hindi is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
