Job Description – Operations Executive

Industry: D2C Food BrandLocation: Horamavu, BangaloreSalary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Maintain stock records and inventory.
- Coordinate product packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
- Ensure proper storage and organisation of products.
- Visit markets/vendors whenever required for operational coordination.
- Handle other routine operational activities.

Requirements

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
- Previous warehouse or operations experience preferred.

Salary & Perks

- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Work-related expenses reimbursed separately.
- After 3 months of successful probation, 10%–20% salary increment based on performance.
