We are looking for an AR Caller with at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or US Calling processes. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling outbound calls, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

The role primarily involves outbound calling to follow up on pending payments and coordinate with clients regarding outstanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to clients/brokers for outstanding payment follow ups
- Follow up regularly on overdue invoices and pending receivables
- Communicate professionally to resolve payment discrepancies and queries
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and call updates
- Update payment follow-up details and reports using MS Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment resolution





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in AR, Collections, or US Calling processes
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel
- Comfortable with 90–95% outbound calling
- Ability to handle follow-ups professionally and meet collection targets

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
