Technical Cum Warehouse Supervisor (Fresher)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and technically enthusiastic candidate for the position of Technical Cum Warehouse Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations along with basic technical inspection, testing, and quality checking of electrical/electronic products.

Freshers with basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Operations

Perform basic testing and inspection of electrical/electronic products.

Identify faulty, damaged, or defective products.

Maintain records of product testing and quality inspection.

Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Coordinate with the technical team for product repairs and replacements.

Ensure proper handling of technical products and equipment.

2. Warehouse Management

Handle daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.

Ensure proper product labelling and systematic storage.





Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.

Conduct regular physical stock verification.

Manage packing, order processing, and dispatch activities.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.

3. Documentation & Coordination

Maintain daily stock reports using MS Excel.

Prepare inward and outward material reports.

Maintain records of faulty, rejected, and replacement materials.

Educational Qualification

ITI/ITI with CITS/ Diploma in Electronics or a related field.

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with basic electronic knowledge will be preferred.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of electronic components.

Knowledge of multimeter and basic testing procedures.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Inventory management and record-keeping skills.

Responsible attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

Fresher or 0–1 year of experience.

Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
