Job Title: Senior Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Senior Telecaller to connect with customers, make calls, share product or service information, and generate leads. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills. Experienced candidates are preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and queries.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer objections and convert leads into potential business.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
