Panigrahana Weddings specializes in end-to-end wedding solutions, delivering memorable celebrations through creative planning, personalised experiences and seamless execution.

We are looking for an organised, creative and proactive Wedding Planner to manage and execute weddings from initial client discussions to final event delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wedding planning, client management, vendor coordination, budgeting and on-ground event execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and execute weddings from initial client consultation to post-event closure.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets and wedding concepts.
- Develop detailed wedding timelines, checklists and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, families, vendors, venues and internal teams.
- Manage wedding décor, catering, entertainment, photography, hospitality and other event requirements.
- Identify, negotiate and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Prepare and monitor event budgets, quotations and expense reports.
- Conduct venue visits and oversee wedding setup and on-site execution.
- Manage guest requirements, hospitality arrangements and event-day coordination.
- Handle last-minute changes, operational challenges and client escalations.
- Ensure all wedding activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain vendor databases, client records,



planning documents and event reports.
- Manage multiple wedding assignments simultaneously while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating and executing weddings.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, venue coordination and event logistics.
- Valuable understanding of wedding functions, décor, catering, hospitality and event execution.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of destination weddings and regional wedding markets will be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on wedding schedules.
- Willingness to travel to event venues as required.
