Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused PSF Executive to collect customer feedback after service completion, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with the service team to resolve customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

- Make follow-up calls to customers after service completion.
- Collect customer feedback regarding service quality and engineer performance.
- Record customer feedback in the PSF (Post-Service Feedback) system.
- Identify customer complaints and coordinate with the service team for resolution.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved within the given timeline.
- Maintain daily feedback reports and customer records.
- Follow up with customers to confirm complaint resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with service engineers and service coordinators.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PSF reports.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain reports and records.
- Positive attitude and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Fresher or experienced candidate.
- Good Hindi, Marathi, and basic English communication.
- Customer service or telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of customer feedback calls completed.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Complaint resolution and closure rate.
- Timely follow-up with customers.
- Accuracy of feedback records and reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
