Panigrahana Weddings specializes in end-to-end wedding solutions, creating memorable celebrations through innovative concepts, elegant décor and seamless execution.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Floral Designer to conceptualize, design and execute floral decorations for weddings and events. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in floral arrangements, wedding décor, flower installations and venue styling.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute floral arrangements for weddings, receptions and other events.
- Create floral concepts for mandaps, wedding stages, backdrops, entrances, pathways and venue spaces.
- Work with fresh flowers, artificial flowers, foliage and other decorative elements.
- Develop floral themes, colour palettes and styling concepts based on client requirements.
- Coordinate flower sourcing, procurement and material requirements.
- Supervise floral decoration setup, installation, maintenance and dismantling at event venues.
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, production teams and other stakeholders.
- Manage floral materials, inventory, wastage and resource utilisation.
- Ensure quality, freshness, aesthetics and timely completion of floral installations.
- Work within allocated budgets while maintaining design standards.
- Maintain photographs, design references and records of completed projects.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in floral design, wedding decoration or event styling.




- Hands-on experience in wedding floral arrangements, mandap decoration, stage styling and large-scale floral installations.
- Good understanding of fresh flowers, artificial flowers, foliage, colour combinations and floral styling techniques.
- Knowledge of flower sourcing, material handling and vendor coordination.
- Solid creative ability, visualisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and convert concepts into actual décor setups.
- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage event-day deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedules.
- Willingness to travel to event venues as required.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in luxury weddings, destination weddings, premium event décor and large-scale floral installations.
