1. Job Purpose

To operate production machinery safely and efficiently, ensure product quality, achieve daily production targets, and maintain workplace cleanliness as per company procedures and safety standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machines as per the approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Follow daily production plans and achieve assigned production targets.
- Check machine settings, raw materials, and operating conditions before starting production.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation during production.
- Inspect products at regular intervals to maintain required quality standards.
- Immediately report machine breakdowns, abnormalities, and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records, output reports,



and rejection details.
- Follow safety instructions and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and cleanliness in the production area.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully to avoid damage and wastage.
- Follow preventive maintenance and machine cleaning schedules.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Follow shift timings, attendance procedures, and workplace discipline.
- Report any accidents, unsafe conditions, or near-miss incidents immediately.
- Ensure proper shutdown of machinery after completion of production.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
