Job Summary

Bonito Designs is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site coordination, vendor and contractor management, resource allocation, execution monitoring and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing residential interior projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects from initiation to final handover.
- Plan project schedules, execution timelines and delivery milestones.
- Oversee daily site activities and coordinate with site supervisors, contractors and execution teams.
- Manage vendors, contractors and third-party service providers to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays and resolve site-level challenges.
- Ensure material availability, procurement coordination and effective resource utilisation.
- Monitor project budgets,



expenses and manpower allocation.
- Ensure execution adheres to approved drawings, BOQs, BOMs and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor workmanship and execution quality.
- Handle client coordination, project updates and escalations.
- Track project milestones, maintain reports and ensure timely project handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Project Execution.
- Experience in residential interiors, modular furniture, interior design or construction is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in site management and end-to-end project execution.
- Robust experience in vendor management, contractor coordination and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, modular furniture and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, BOQs and BOMs.
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets and resources.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
