Sales Coordinator – Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is enthusiastic, confident, and has excellent communication skills. The candidate will support the sales team with customer coordination, follow-ups, documentation, scheduling meetings, and day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and assist with daily sales activities.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Schedule customer meetings and appointments.
- Maintain customer and sales-related records in Excel/CRM.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other sales documents.
- Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team/manager.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally and ensure proper follow-up.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and maintaining good customer relationships.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and WhatsApp.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
