Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Outbound Telecaller to connect with individual customers (B2C), explain products or services, generate leads, and convert potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and communicate offers effectively.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and maintain a professional calling approach.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.

Requirements:





- Freshers –3 years of experience in outbound telecalling, B2C sales, or telesales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.

Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in B2C outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, and customer conversion.
