Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operations for our catering, banquet, café outlet, and event business in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should have robust operational leadership experience in the hospitality, hotel, catering, or event management industry, along with an excellent understanding of the Jaipur and Rajasthan market, wedding industry, customer preferences, and vendor networks.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, team management, service quality, and business profitability across multiple venues and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall café outlet, catering, banquet, and event operations across multiple venues and locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning and execution of weddings, social gatherings, corporate events, and large-scale functions.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including outlet operations, banquet staff, kitchen coordination, logistics, and vendor partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, wedding planners, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, inventory,



and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and statutory regulations.
- Drive employee engagement, staff training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure seamless event execution and maintain high service standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of operational leadership experience in catering, banquets, luxury hotels, hospitality, or event management.
- Proven experience handling high-volume banquet and catering operations.
- Strong understanding of Jaipur and Rajasthan's wedding, hospitality, and events market.
- Established network within hotels, venues, vendors, and event management ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
- Willingness to travel pan-India for events.
