Position: Cardiology Application Support Engineer – L2 / L3

Locations: Onsite – Bangalore | Hyderabad | Noida
Experience: 5–10+ Years

We are looking for experienced Cardiology Application Support Engineers (L2/L3) to support, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot mission-critical Cardiology applications and Cardiovascular Information Systems in enterprise healthcare environments.

Key Application Experience (Highly Preferred)

Hands-on production support experience with one or more of the following platforms:

- Change Healthcare CPACS
- Fuji CPACS
- MUSE
- GE CCW
- ISCV
- XPER
- MacLab
- Epiphany
- PB3000

Key Technical Skills

- Cardiology PACS / CPACS and Cardiovascular Information Systems
- DICOM workflows, routing, storage, and image retrieval
- HL7 interfaces and healthcare interoperability
- ECG/EKG, Electrophysiology (EP), Cath Lab, and Echocardiography workflows
- Medical device connectivity and integration
- Windows workstation/server troubleshooting
- SQL/database troubleshooting and application monitoring
- L2/L3 incident management, root cause analysis, and production support

Role & Responsibilities

- Provide advanced L2/L3 support for enterprise Cardiology applications.
- Troubleshoot complex application, imaging, interface, and device connectivity issues.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and clinical data workflows.




- Support application upgrades, configuration, patching, testing, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with cardiologists, clinical teams, IT stakeholders, and application vendors.
- Ensure reliable operation of critical Cardiology systems and clinical workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of Healthcare IT or Clinical Application Support experience.
- Strong hands-on L2/L3 production support experience in hospital or enterprise healthcare environments.
- Practical knowledge of DICOM, HL7, Cardiology PACS, and cardiovascular imaging workflows.
- Experience working with clinical users and third-party application vendors.

Key: We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on production support experience in Change Healthcare CPACS, Fuji CPACS, MUSE, or GE CCW, along with practical knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and Cardiology clinical workflows.
