Job Description

GharJameen.in is looking for enthusiastic, confident and motivated Telecallers to join our team in Jaipur. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads and providing basic information about our premium residential real estate projects.

This is an office-based telecalling position, ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate genuine leads for real estate projects.
- Explain project details, property features, location and available offerings to interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer call records and update lead information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic understanding of English is preferred.
- Confident, polite and professional telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with mobile applications.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support or real estate will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.
