Cosmetica India Academy is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Admission Executive to manage the admission process, handle student enquiries, coordinate with prospective candidates, and ensure successful student enrolments.

The ideal candidate should have experience in admission handling, student coordination, follow-ups, and educational sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested students and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.
- Assist students with registration, documentation, and fee payment procedures.
- Maintain admission records and update student information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the counselling, marketing, and academic teams.
- Ensure timely communication with students regarding batches and course schedules.
- Handle admission-related queries and provide proper support to students.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Admission Executive, Admission Coordination, or Educational Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, convincing, and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of admission procedures and student handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to manage multiple student enquiries efficiently.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and well-organised.
- Experience in an educational institute or training academy will be preferred.
