Job Description – Senior Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Senior Telecaller to communicate with potential customers, explain company products and services, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build customer relationships through effective calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Explain company products and services and address customer questions.
- Identify customer needs and generate potential business leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and encourage conversions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable information.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation,



and conversion targets.
- Maintain qualified communication and build positive customer relationships.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple customer enquiries.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
