About us

AZ Concepts design+build works across Architecture, Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey Contracting and Furniture Manufacturing in India & UAE. We design it, we manufacture it in our own furniture factory at Amb (Una, HP), and we build it with our own site teams. Government and private projects - one company, full cycle.

The role

This is a field role with no fixed office. You will be the client's main point of contact and run day-to-day site management on whichever interior fit-out projects we take on, and visit our Amb furniture factory to check production for your sites. Interior fit-out experience is mandatory - pure structure, road or survey backgrounds will not fit.

Projects you will work on

Residential, commercial, offices, retail, hospitality, educational institutions and government buildings - any interior fit-out project we take on.

What you will do

- Handle clients day to day: site meetings, progress updates, approvals, change requests and handover walk-throughs

- Run interior fit-out sites end to end: civil and masonry alterations, gypsum and grid false ceilings, drywall partitions, flooring and tiling, wall panelling, painting and finishes

- Coordinate MEP first-fix and second-fix with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire-fighting teams

- Visit our Amb factory and coordinate with the carpentry team to track furniture production for your sites, so site dates and client commitments match what the workshop can deliver

- Manage furniture and joinery installation - check site readiness, receive dispatches, supervise installation

- Read and execute from GFC and shop drawings; raise site queries early

- Plan daily work: manpower, subcontractors,



material and work-front sequencing

- Material control: raise indents against BOQ, check deliveries, maintain site stock and consumption records

- Measurements and billing: measurement book entries, subcontractor bill checking, RA bill support on government works

- Quality: stage-wise checks with photo records, snag list closure before handover

- Daily progress reports to management

You should have

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

- 2-5 years of site experience, with at least 1 year in interior fit-out (mandatory)

- Hands-on knowledge of fit-out materials and finishes: gypsum, grid ceilings, drywall, tiles, laminates, veneers, paint systems, hardware

- Confident client communication - you can explain progress, delays and changes clearly

- Working command of drawings, BOQs, measurement books and billing

- Government running-bill experience (HP PWD / CPWD) is a plus

- MS Excel; AutoCAD reading level

- Willing to travel to sites across Punjab, Tricity and Himachal and to our Amb factory; own vehicle is a plus

- Hindi and Punjabi preferred; English for reporting

What we offer

- Rs 20,000 - 35,000 per month, based on experience
