Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Associate to handle incoming calls from US-based customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in an international BPO, with strong communication and persuasive skills to convert inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding product inquiries and purchases
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information
- Convert leads into sales by effectively pitching products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the system
- Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (Voice Process)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle US customers professionally and confidently
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inbound sales or upselling
- Experience handling US/UK customers
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
