Duties and Responsibilities

Working towards monthly and daily targets.

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Excellent work ethic and time management skills.

Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

Ensure adherence to SOP at the store.

Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.

Assist store manager in Stock Management.

Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.

Key Task

Sales

-
Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching).
-
Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
-
Demonstrating and presenting products.
-
Support the customer to identify the right perfume.

Store Operations

-
Store cleanliness and merchandising.
-
Stock Audits.
-




DSR and Daily checklists.
-
Placing stock requests to HO.
-
Validating and receiving stock.
-
Handling, resolving customer complaints, and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Requirements

Qualification

-
Preferably, graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
-
Freshers can also apply.
-
Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
-
Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
