Job Overview

Perfect SP Private Limited is hiring dedicated, customer-oriented and responsible candidates for the position of Counter Sales Executive to manage daily operations at our premium ice cream outlets across Bangalore.

We are looking for candidates who can independently handle counter operations, deliver excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and operational standards.

Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000
- Food Allowance: ₹4,150 per month OR Food Provided through PG Accommodation

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and counter operations efficiently.
- Welcome customers, assist with product selection and provide quality customer service.
- Handle billing, cash transactions and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain product displays, stock availability and proper store presentation.
- Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of the store.




- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Follow company operational procedures and service standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass) / Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic billing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Responsible attitude towards store management, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
