Job Summary

Alo Info Tech is looking for a proactive and target-driven Customer Relationship Officer to handle both student admissions and client acquisition. The role involves managing inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, and actively identifying new business opportunities through client outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Student Conversion

- Handle walk-in students and provide detailed course counselling

- Manage inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries

- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions

- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses

- Maintain inquiry, follow-up, and conversion data in CRM

- Achieve monthly admission targets

Client Acquisition & Business Development

- Identify and connect with potential clients (colleges, institutions, companies)

- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking

- Present company services and training solutions to clients

- Convert prospects into business partnerships or bulk enrollments

- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business

- Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer handling, admissions, or business development





- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills

- Confidence in both direct sales (face-to-face) and tele-calling

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

- Ability to work under targets and handle multiple leads

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EdTech / training institute / education sector

- Prior exposure to B2C (student sales) and B2B (client acquisition)

- Fluency in English and regional languages (Malayalam/Tamil preferred)

- Field sales or marketing experience is an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly admission numbers

- Revenue generated (individual + institutional clients)

- Number of new client acquisitions

- Lead-to-conversion ratio

- Follow-up efficiency

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
