H&S; Immigration is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Telecaller to manage client enquiries, generate potential leads, follow up with prospective students, and guide the telecalling team to achieve business targets.

The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, preferably with experience in the immigration or overseas education industry. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling client queries, converting leads into counselling appointments, monitoring team performance, and ensuring effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
- Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, website enquiries, and other marketing channels.
- Explain H&S; Immigration's study visa, visitor visa, and other immigration-related services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable opportunities for counselling.
- Convince prospective clients to schedule office visits or counselling appointments.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
- Maintain and update lead databases, calling records, and follow-up status.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with all assigned leads and minimise missed enquiries.
- Handle client objections professionally and convert potential leads into successful appointments.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the admission team regarding scheduled appointments and lead updates.
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead conversion rates, and team performance.
- Guide, support, and motivate junior telecallers to achieve individual and team targets.
- Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure proper utilisation of calling databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance reports for management.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive client experience.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer handling, or the immigration industry.
- Previous experience in handling or leading a telecalling team will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and client conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer objections and achieve calling targets.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management abilities.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.

Performance Expectations

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Improve lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-counselling conversion rates.
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of all assigned leads.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism within the telecalling team.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in immigration consultancy or overseas education will be preferred.
- Must have the ability to independently manage calling operations and guide junior team members.
- Should be confident, responsible, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
