We are looking for a high-energy Freight Broker to join our growing 3PL team. In this role, you will connect shippers with reliable motor carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and manage load lifecycles from booking to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source & Negotiate: Source qualified carriers using DAT, Truckstop, and internal networks; negotiate competitive rates to maximize gross margins.
- Coverage & Matching: Match customer freight with vetted capacity across Truckload (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed) and LTL.
- Track & Trace: Dispatch drivers, monitor transit progress, and resolve unexpected delays or operational issues proactively.
- Carrier Management: Onboard carriers and ensure strict compliance with FMCSA, safety standards, and insurance limits.
- Account Support: Maintain daily communication with clients and drivers,
providing accurate status updates and top-tier service.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in International sales
- Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills in a quick-moving environment.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
