Job Description – Insurance Sales Executive (BPO)

Job Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers and explain insurance products and policies.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Explain policy benefits, premiums, and terms clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in insurance sales, health insurance, or the BPO sales process is preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may be considered, depending on company requirements.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused candidates.
