Position: Client Advisors (Kottayam District, Kerala) Carenexs is an emerging elderly-care startup dedicated to helping older adults live healthier, safer, and more connected lives through trusted care, local partnerships, and personalised support. We are looking for Area Client Advisors to be based in selected Panchayats across Kottayam District. What you'll do: • Create contact with panchayat and community leaders of the assigned areas. • Lead Generation through different engagement activities • Serve as the primary contact for elderly clients and their families • Guide clients through assessments, enrolment, and service coordination • Build and maintain relationships with local service providers and community partners • Coordinate services and ensure clients receive the support they need • Gather feedback and contribute to improving services Who we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Healthcare, Social Sciences, Business,
