We are seeking a proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven Sales Officer to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies, ensuring achievement of business targets and sustainable route performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships while identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure maximum coverage of assigned retail outlets and other potential business segments.
- Generate orders, promote the company's product portfolio, and increase product penetration across the market.
- Identify inactive customers and implement strategies to reactivate them.
- Ensure effective route planning, sales execution,



and improvement of route productivity and profitability.
- Monitor daily sales performance, order booking, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to the company's credit and outstanding policies.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, distribution, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of market development, territory management, and route sales operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under performance-driven environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
