Cosmetica India Academy is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to handle student enquiries, make outbound calls, generate interest in our professional courses, and schedule counselling sessions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to engage with potential students and generate quality admissions through effective calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided leads database.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student enquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Generate interest in courses related to Clinical Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, and Cosmetology.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Identify potential students and schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with interested and pending leads.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admission teams.




- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Educational Telecalling.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in an educational institute or training academy will be preferred.
