Job Summary

Shri Pavithra Auto Products Private Limited, an automotive components manufacturing company, is looking for Manufacturing Associates to join our manufacturing operations.

We are hiring candidates for 40 positions across our manufacturing and support operations. The department and specific position will be assigned based on the candidate's qualification, technical skills, experience and interview performance.

Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

- 10th Pass
- ITI
- Diploma
- Any Degree

Experience

- Freshers are welcome
- Experienced candidates can also apply
- Experience in automotive components manufacturing will be an added advantage

Areas of Work

Depending on qualification and experience, candidates may be considered for suitable opportunities in areas such as:

- Production
- Quality Inspection
- Machine Operations
- CNC / VMC / Machining
- Welding
- Maintenance
- Tool Room
- Stores and Material Handling
- Assembly and other manufacturing operations

Key Responsibilities

- Perform assigned manufacturing or department-specific activities.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain productivity and quality requirements.
- Handle machines, tools or inspection activities as applicable to the assigned position.




- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workplace.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Follow company policies and production requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Willingness to work in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Positive learning attitude and discipline.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant technical knowledge will be considered for suitable positions.
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will be preferred for experienced positions.

Position Allocation

The final department and position will be decided based on the candidate's qualification, skills, previous experience and interview performance.

Salary

Salary will be offered as per industry standards and based on the candidate's qualification, experience, skills and position offered.
