Job Description: Telecaller – Manufacturing Industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and ensure timely responses.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
