Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented sales coordinator to identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers and stores, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer and store network.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, field visits, and networking.
- Approach potential customers, retailers, and business partners to promote the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of current customers and stores.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.




- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business expansion and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead generation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of sales processes and market development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Experience in retail, distribution, channel sales, or business expansion is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits, if required.
