Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated and subject-oriented Secondary Teachers specialising in Mathematics and Science. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching their respective subjects at the secondary level, ensuring conceptual clarity, effective classroom engagement, and students’ academic development in alignment with the prescribed curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lessons in Mathematics or Science as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and explain concepts through practical examples and appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Conduct classroom activities, experiments, problem-solving exercises, and discussions to improve students’ understanding.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, and other learning materials.
- Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance through tests, examinations, and continuous assessments.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide necessary guidance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging and positive learning environment.
- Maintain student attendance, academic progress records,



and assessment reports.
- Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, school events, and other institutional activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and management regarding students’ academic progress and concerns.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) is mandatory.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Subject specialisation or strong academic background in Mathematics and/or Science.
- Robust conceptual understanding and command over the respective subject.
- Ability to teach at the secondary school level.
- Prior secondary-level teaching experience will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity in Mathematics and/or Science.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make lessons engaging.
- Strong student-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good lesson-planning, assessment, and academic documentation skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to participate in institutional activities.
