JOB SUMMARY

Vrik Pharma is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executives to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage key customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen the company's presence in the chemical industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

· Manage key customer accounts and build long-term business relationships.

· Identify new markets, customers, and opportunities for business expansion.

· Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and market share.

· Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close business deals.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

· Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales forecasts and reports.





· Handle customer concerns and resolve sales-related issues.

· Support and guide junior sales team members, when required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

· 5 - 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.

· Any Graduate / Post-Graduate.( Graduation is Mandatory)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills

· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.

· Good customer handling, lead generation, and follow-up abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.

· Target-driven, proactive, and capable of building long-term customer relationships.

· Candidates with a background in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry are preferred.

· Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
