Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Kannada.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities.
- Handle client interactions and build strong customer relationships.
- Promote company services and convert potential leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain sales reports and update lead information.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth business operations.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
