About The Vibe

The Vibe is a growing real estate brand committed to creating exceptional living experiences. We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives who can connect with prospective customers, generate genuine interest in our projects and convert leads into site visits and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's provided database and generate qualified leads.
- Explain The Vibe's real estate projects, offerings, features, amenities and USPs to potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets to recommend suitable property options.
- Generate interest and schedule site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries, objections and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups and lead status in CRM.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and effective conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, lead generation and site visit targets.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, presentable and customer-focused personality.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospective enquiries into genuine opportunities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Target-driven attitude with a positive and proactive approach.
