About the Role
We are looking for energetic, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join the Grub Monkeys team. As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering excellent hospitality and attentive table service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Explain menu items, recommend bestsellers and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and presentable.
- Handle customer queries and requests with a positive attitude.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
- Ensure every guest leaves with a great dining experience.
